I offer a few programs for rodents like mice and rats, for both residential and commercial applications. For many people, rodents are no longer just an fall/winter issue, they are becoming year round pests.

Rodent Service Options
For anyone inquiring about rodent service, I would highly recommend an inspection & estimate to determine the best solution to your rodent issues. Price does vary by activity and needed frequency.
Exclusion
Service
We will come out, inspect and seal any exterior and interior "mouse entry points" with a rodent proof flexible mesh, and then we set traps inside the home to catch the mice that are in the home, we come back out in 7-10 days to remove the traps and/or mice. We provide an Exterior professional rodent repellent to the exterior to help prevent mice from returning and gaining access through inaccessible areas.
Rodent bait stations are only utilized if needed for commercial or residential application that are deemed "infestations". We offer maintenance plans and one-time service for these issues.

Control
This service is a basic "control program" without the exclusion(sealing). This consists of setting snap traps in all areas of activity along with an professional exterior rodent repellent to minimize the mouse or rat activity in or coming to your home. We remove any caught rodents every service and rebait/reset traps and apply the rodent repellent.
We do monthly or every other month service for this type of control, as well as a one-time service with a limited guarantee. (inspection and estimate highly recommended, but not necessary)

Exterior Treatment
This service is an exterior repellent spray meant to help keep your rodent population around your home to a minimum without any harsh chemicals. This is best complimented by someone who already does their own inside maintenance such as traps or bait boxes or for newer homes as preventative treatments,
